First, check your Profile in TritonWear Live (the mobile app) to make sure the unit is listed. You can get to your Profile from the Settings view.
If it's listed there, restart the app and go through the Workout Setup process again. The unit should now pair properly with the Triton Connect.
If it's not listed and this is a unit that you’re using for the first time, the app may not have downloaded the information about the new unit. To download this information, connect the tablet to the internet and then go to the Settings page. Re-sync the app under the Cloud Backup section. The new unit should now show up in the Devices list on your Profile page, and should pair properly with the Triton Connect the next time you start a new workout.
