If the swimmer has already been assigned to a profile in TritonWear Insights, try re-syncing TritonWear Live. You can do so through the Settings page. Once the sync is complete the swimmer should show up in the Profile list on your Profile page.
If the swimmer still isn't showing up, check TritonWear Insights to confirm that the swimmer has been correctly assigned to a profile. Navigate to the Team page through the dropdown menu on the top right, and check that the swimmer has been assigned to a profile.
